What you provide:
- Account: Name, email address, password (bcrypt encrypted)
- Resume: Uploaded PDF/DOC for AI question personalisation
- Interview responses: Voice recordings (transcribed in real-time, not stored permanently), typed answers
- Payment: Processed by Razorpay — we only store Order ID and Payment ID, never card details
- College / TPO: College name, city, TPO name, email
Collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device type
- Session data, pages visited, time spent
- Performance data — scores, attempts, timestamps

- Provide college TPO dashboards with student progress data
- Improve our AI models and platform features
- Prevent fraud and enforce Terms of Service
We will never use your data for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.

3. Who We Share With
- Razorpay: Payment processing only. Governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
- OpenAI / AI providers: Interview text (no personal identifiers) for question generation and answer evaluation.
- Your college / TPO: If you joined via a college code, your scores and progress are visible to your TPO officer.
- Human interviewers: If you book a real session, your name and resume are shared with that interviewer only.
- Legal authorities: Only if required by Indian law or court order.
We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.

4. Storage & Security
- Data stored on Railway (cloud infrastructure) with encrypted PostgreSQL databases
- Passwords hashed with bcrypt — never stored in plain text
- All data transmitted over HTTPS / TLS
- Payment data handled entirely by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant systems
- Single-session enforcement prevents unauthorised concurrent access

We use minimal, essential cookies only:
- Session cookie: Keeps you logged in during your browser session
- CSRF token: Protects against cross-site request forgery
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
