At HireEdge.in (operated by LPoint), we want every student to have a great experience. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund and how to request one.
We offer a 7-day refund on unused credit packs. Once credits are used, they are non-refundable.

Eligible for Refund
- Purchased within the last 7 days and zero credits used
- Charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway error
- Payment deducted but credits not added within 24 hours
- Platform unavailable for more than 48 continuous hours after purchase

Not Eligible for Refund
- Credits that have already been used (partially or fully)
- Refund requests made after 7 days from purchase date
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated questions or feedback
- Technical issues on user's own device, browser, or internet connection
- Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violation
- College / institutional license fees once the license is activated
Practice mode and company-specific sessions consume 1 credit each and are non-refundable once started.

Credit Pack Refund Details
- Starter Pack — 5 rounds / ₹99: Full refund if 0 credits used within 7 days
- Popular Pack — 15 rounds / ₹249: Full refund if 0 credits used within 7 days
- Pro Pack — 30 rounds / ₹399: Full refund if 0 credits used within 7 days
Partial refunds are not available. If even one credit has been used, the pack is considered activated.

- Include: registered email, Razorpay Order ID / Payment ID, reason
- We respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds processed in 5–7 business days to your original payment method

College / Institutional Plans
Institutional license fees are non-refundable once the college code has been activated and students have been enrolled. For billing errors or overcharges, contact us within 14 days of invoice date.
