By registering for or using HireEdge.in ("Platform"), operated by LPoint, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to register
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
- Do not share your account — we enforce single-session access; a new login logs out all other sessions
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately at info@hireedge.in if you suspect unauthorised access
Sharing login credentials or credits across multiple users violates these Terms and may result in account suspension without refund.

4. Credit Packs & Payments
Free Tier
- 1 free Aptitude Test (30 questions) per account
- 1 free 2-question AI Interview Preview per account
- Coding rounds, practice modes, and full rounds require credits
Credit Packs
- Credits are purchased as one-time packs — not subscriptions
- 1 credit = 1 full interview session (Aptitude + Coding + AI Voice)
- Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts
- All prices in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payments processed securely by Razorpay

5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Share account credentials or allow simultaneous use by multiple individuals
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform or its AI systems
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
- Use the Platform for illegal activity or harassment
- Create multiple accounts to exploit the free tier
- Impersonate another user, interviewer, or HireEdge.in employee
- Attempt to circumvent payment or credit enforcement systems
Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual Property
- All platform content — design, AI models, question banks, branding — is the property of LPoint
- Your resume and personal data remain your property
- By uploading your resume, you grant us a limited licence to process it for personalised interview content only
- You may download and keep your own PDF performance reports
- You may not reproduce or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
HireEdge.in is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure service at all times
- 100% accuracy of AI-generated questions, scores, or feedback
- Job placement or interview success as a result of using the platform

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LPoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, missed opportunities, or technical failures beyond our control.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination
- You may delete your account by contacting info@hireedge.in at any time
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure, except transaction records (retained 7 years by law)
- Unused credits at time of deletion are forfeited and non-refundable

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mangaluru, Karnataka, India.
