Accenture Simulation

Associate Software Engineer · Fresher

Accenture front-loads its process with assessments — a personality questionnaire, gamified cognitive tests, an aptitude and coding window, and an automated spoken-English score — before anyone speaks to you. We simulate the parts that are practised; the rest we describe, so nothing on the day is a surprise.

4 rounds you can sit 65 questions 105 minutes total Round 1 free

The process, in order

4 rounds you can sit here, each gated behind the last, the way the real process gates them.

The 2 stages marked not simulated are part of Accenture's real process, but not something a practice platform can honestly reproduce. They are described here so nothing on the day surprises you.

Behavioural & Cognitive Assessment

Psychometric · gamified · not simulated
Not simulated

A 54-question personality questionnaire followed by three short gamified cognitive tasks. There is no correct personality profile, but the same questions are reworded and repeated to check whether you answer consistently — so answer instinctively rather than trying to guess an ideal. We do not simulate this round: a psychometric profile is not a score you can practise towards, and pretending otherwise would teach you the wrong thing.

Accenture runs aptitude and technical MCQs back to back in one proctored window, so pace yourself across the whole sitting rather than spending it on the first section. Timed and proctored, drawn fresh per candidate.

Coding Round

3 problems on the clock

Accenture's coding section runs alongside the assessment window. Three problems of increasing difficulty, each on its own timer, run against real test cases in a sandbox.

Communication Assessment

Versant-style · not simulated
Not simulated

An automated voice test scoring fluency, pronunciation and sentence construction — sentence repeats, read-aloud, jumbled sentences and a short open answer. It scores how you speak, not what you say. We do not simulate it: our interview rounds score the content of an answer, which is a different measurement, and claiming otherwise would be dishonest. Practise by reading news aloud daily, at a steady pace, finishing every sentence.

Technical Interview

Spoken · from your resume

A spoken round built from your own resume — your projects, your stack, your decisions — with follow-ups based on what you actually say. Accenture leans on fundamentals over puzzles: OOP, DBMS, OS basics and simple data structures, tied back to what you built.

HR Interview

Spoken · fit and motivation

The final conversation. Classic HR questions mixed with situational STAR ones — strengths and weaknesses, why Accenture, handling pressure, willingness to relocate — scored on clarity, self-awareness and whether you gave a concrete example rather than a rehearsed one.
